Fridge handle loose or pulling away?
A fridge handle gets pulled hard many times a day, and the support plate behind or under it carries much of that strain. When a plate bends, cracks or its threads strip, the handle starts to wobble, tilt or pull away from the door. Tightening the screws may help briefly, but the handle keeps working loose. Left alone, it can damage the door skin around the mounting points, which is a much bigger repair.

Fitting the support plate
Turn the power off at the wall socket first. Remove the handle and any end caps to reach the fixings, keeping track of each screw. Swap the old plate for the new one in the same orientation, then refit the handle. Tighten the screws firmly, but stop before they strip, and test the handle with a solid pull.
