874017P is a genuine Fisher & Paykel 12V 10W halogen globe with a G4 two pin base. It's the light globe used in many Fisher & Paykel fridges, including the E402B, E442B, E522B and E552B models and the RF610ADUM1 and RF610ADUX1. The same globe is also listed for the HC60PCHTX and HC90PCHTX rangehoods.
Fridge light not working
The globe sits in a housing inside the cabinet and switches on through the door switch whenever the door opens. Halogen globes give a bright, white light but run hot, and they do burn out eventually. When the light won't come on, the globe is the most likely cause, but check a couple of other things too. Make sure the fridge is running and cold, then press the door switch by hand. If a new globe still won't light, the switch, wiring or 12V supply may be at fault.

Changing the halogen globe
Switch the fridge or rangehood off at the wall and let the old globe cool, as halogens get very hot. Remove the light cover, pull the old globe straight out of its socket and push the new one in. Avoid touching the glass with bare fingers, since skin oils shorten halogen globe life. Hold it with a tissue or clean cloth instead.
