Fitting the handle boss kit
Open the door and find the screws that hold the handle ends, which are sometimes hidden under a cap or trim. Support the handle while you undo them so it doesn't drop. Swap the worn bosses for the new ones, refit the handle and tighten the screws firmly, but not so hard that you crack the new plastic. Give the handle a solid pull to check it is secure.
