It is a small lever that works with the feet the appliance stands on. Our records don't say which appliance or models it belongs to, so the safest check is the number on the old lever or in the parts list for your appliance. If neither is handy, our team can look it up from your model details.

Why the feet and their lever matter

Feet set the height and level of an appliance at each corner, and this lever is part of that arrangement. Levers like this can crack or snap when an appliance is dragged across a floor, tipped onto its back or lifted by the base rather than the body. Once it breaks, you may find a foot can't be adjusted or held in place, or the appliance rocks and sits on a lean. A lean is more than cosmetic, as it can affect how doors close and how much the appliance vibrates.

Part details

Genuine Electrolux group part 8588119989024

Lever used with the appliance feet

Appliance and model fit not on file, match the part number

Before you fit the lever

Switch off and unplug the appliance, and turn off the water tap if it has one, before tipping or moving it. Get a second person to help, as tilting a heavy appliance on your own is risky. Look at how the old lever sits and take a photo before removing it. Once the new one is in, set the feet so the appliance sits level, checking with a spirit level front to back and side to side.

Questions about this part

Which appliance does this feet lever fit?

We don't have a confirmed appliance or model list for 8588119989024.
