Genuine Electrolux group pan support 8583054303000 is also known by the shorter number 305430300. Pan supports, or trivets, sit over the burners and hold your cookware steady above the flame. Cooktops in the same family can use several shapes and sizes, and this listing is the plain pan support, with the right hand trivet sold separately as 8583054304008. No model list is on file for it.

When a cooktop pan support needs replacing

Pan supports take a lot of heat and knocks. Cast iron supports can crack or chip if dropped, enamel coatings can flake, and the rubber feet that protect the cooktop surface wear away. A damaged support lets pots rock or sit unevenly, which is unsafe with hot oil or boiling water and can push the flame out at an angle. Missing feet also let the support scratch the surface beneath. If a pan sits level on the other burners but wobbles on one, check that support first.

Part details

Genuine Electrolux group part 8583054303000

Also numbered 305430300

Pan support (trivet) for gas cooktops

Right hand trivet is a separate part, 8583054304008

Cooktop models not recorded, compare the shape

Fitting the pan support

Make sure all burners are off and the cooktop is cold.
