Product details
A chipped, cracked or shattered door front makes an oven unsafe to use, and this is the genuine fix. Part 85800387776264 is the outer door panel assembly in white for Westinghouse ovens, listed for the WVE655W, WVE613W and WVE655S. It also goes by 0038777626 and A05943401. The stock description ties it to the Forte range, so check your oven's finish and model before ordering.
Replacing a damaged Westinghouse oven door front
The outer door panel is the part you see and touch, the front face of the door that sits over the inner layers. It shields you from the heat inside and gives the door its finish. A knock, a cold splash on a hot door or stress at the fixings can crack the panel, and a damaged front can fail without warning. Replace it if you see cracks, chips around the edges, a panel that has come loose from the frame, or heat discolouring that has spread across the front.

Fitting the outer door panel
Turn the oven off at the wall or isolator and let it cool completely. Lift the door off its hinges if your model allows, and lay it face down on a soft blanket. Remove the handle and the fixings holding the outer panel, taking photos as you go so the inner glass and seals go back in the same order. Wear gloves when handling any broken glass.
