Ice maker not making ice or ice stuck together
In an automatic ice maker, water fills the tray, freezes into cubes and is then released into the ice bin before the cycle repeats. A cracked or warped tray can leak water into the freezer, leading to a solid block of ice in the bin, ice built up under the ice maker, or cubes that are misshapen or frozen together. A tray that has been knocked out of position may stop the ice maker cycling at all. Check the tray for cracks and correct seating when your ice production drops.

Fitting the ice tray
Switch the fridge off at the wall or turn the ice maker off before working on it. Empty the ice bin and let any ice in the tray thaw. Note how the old tray sits and attaches, release it, then fit the new tray in the same position. Turn the ice maker back on and give it time to start producing ice normally again.
