Fitting the ignition box

Turn the cooker off at the power point or switchboard and turn off the gas. The box is mains powered and sits close to the gas controls, so it should be fitted by a licensed electrician or gas fitter. Label each high voltage lead before removing it, push the new leads on firmly, and test that every burner lights cleanly.
