You'll also find it listed as 00754867. Repair sets are made up for a particular repair, so the part number is what counts. Check it against the BSH parts list for your E-Nr, or the number quoted by a technician, before ordering.

Signs a spring has given out

Springs balance weight and keep moving parts under tension. In appliance doors, they control how fast the door falls open and help hold it in position. Elsewhere they keep belts, levers and catches where they should be. When a spring snaps or stretches, you may hear a bang, see the door drop open suddenly or refuse to stay half open, or find a part flopping loose. A spring repair set restores the original tension rather than leaving you to hunt for a matching spring.

Part details

Genuine BSH part 754867

Also listed as 00754867

Spring repair set

For Bosch, Siemens and Neff appliances

Fitting a spring repair set

Disconnect the power at the wall before starting. Springs can release suddenly, so wear eye protection and keep fingers clear of the ends. Photograph the old setup before removing anything, and follow any instructions included in the set. If your appliance uses springs on both sides, replace both so the tension stays even, then test the movement several times.

Questions about this part

What's in the 754867 repair set?

We don't have a confirmed contents list for this set on file.
