Because it carries a heavy load on a door that swings many times a day, it takes a lot of strain. Breaks usually start at the hooks that hold it to the door liner or along the front lip. Once it cracks, the bin can tilt, drop its contents when the door opens, or stop the door closing fully.

Part details

Genuine BSH part 671179

Also listed as 00671179

Single gallon door bin

For Bosch, Siemens and Neff fridges

Changing the gallon bin

Take everything out of the old bin and lift it upward to free it from the door.
