Water under a Bosch or Siemens dishwasher door

Unlike the main door gasket that runs up the sides and across the top, the bottom seal is a separate strip at the base of the opening, where water from the spray arms runs forward. It stops that water creeping out under the closed door. Fitting the bottom door seal

Switch off at the wall and open the door fully. The strip usually slides or clips onto a lip along the base of the opening. Pull the old one off, clean any scale or grime from the lip with warm soapy water, then press the new seal into place along its full length. Run a rinse cycle and check under the door for drips.
