Bosch washer door sagging or not locking
The hinge carries the entire weight of the door, including the heavy glass bowl, and it has to hold the door precisely in line with the lock. When the hinge wears or cracks, the door drops at the latch side. The hook then misses the lock, so the washer won't start or reports a door fault, and the glass no longer presses evenly on the seal, which can let water drip from the bottom of the door. Fitting the door hinge
Unplug the machine. Support the door while removing the hinge screws from the cabinet front, then separate the hinge from the door frame. On some models the door's inner and outer rings must be split to reach the hinge. Fit the new hinge, tighten the screws evenly and close the door to check it locks smoothly.
