606045 is a generic 3000W fan forced oven element. It's an aftermarket replacement for the element that surrounds the fan at the back of a fan forced oven. Being generic rather than tied to a brand, it all comes down to matching: the wattage, the shape, the terminal spacing and the mounting should line up with the element you're taking out.
Fan forced oven not heating?
On fan bake settings, the fan element heats the air while the fan pushes it around the cavity. If the element burns out, the fan still runs and the light comes on, but the oven stays cool, or only heats on settings that use the top or bottom elements. Some elements fail with a bang, trip the safety switch, or show a visible break, blister or bulge in the sheath. Others fail with no outward sign, so a resistance check with a multimeter is the surest test. A 3000W element should only go into an oven designed for that rating.

Before you fit a universal element
Isolate the oven at the switchboard and let it cool. Hard-wired ovens should be connected by a licensed electrician. Take the fan cover off and compare the old element with this one, checking the wattage, coil shape, terminal spacing and fixing points. Photograph the wiring at the back before disconnecting it, and test on fan bake once it's fitted.
Questions about this part
Can I fit a 3000W element if my old one was a different wattage?
It's best not to. The oven's wiring and thermostat are set up for a particular element rating, and changing it can overheat components or change how the oven cooks. Check the rating on your old element or the oven's rating plate and match it.
