In fan forced cooking, the motor at the back of the oven spins a fan that pushes heated air around the cavity so every shelf cooks evenly. Replacing the fan motor

Turn the appliance off at the switchboard and let it cool, and have a licensed electrician carry out the job. Remove the rear cavity cover and the fan blade first, keeping in mind that some fan nuts have a left hand thread. Then take off the back panel to reach the motor. Photograph the wiring, fit the new motor and blade, and run the fan before refitting covers.
