On ovens with a three pane door, 574151 is the genuine Fisher & Paykel spacer that sits at the bottom of the inner glass pack. Spacers hold the panes apart at the right gap so heat stays in and the outer glass stays cooler. A matching top spacer is sold separately. No model list is on file, so check your old part, count the panes in your door, or send your model through the parts enquiry form.
Door glass rattling or out of line
A three pane oven door has an inner glass, a middle glass and the outer glass, with spacers keeping them correctly apart. The air gaps between the panes act as insulation. If the bottom spacer cracks, warps from heat or goes missing after the door has been pulled apart for cleaning, the glass can slide, rattle, rub on its neighbour or sit crooked. Uneven spacing also lets grease and steam between the panes, leaving smears you can't reach.

Fitting the spacer
With the oven off and cool, take the door off and lay it flat on a towel. Take photos as you separate the panes so you can rebuild them in the right order and the right way round. Seat the new spacer along the bottom edge, refit the panes and clips, then make sure the door closes evenly.

Only if it is also damaged. This listing is for the bottom spacer only. Check the top spacer while the door is apart, and if it is cracked or warped, order the top part at the same time.
