Fisher & Paykel oven grill not working
The top element sits in the roof of the oven cavity and supplies the radiant heat for grilling, and on many functions it also helps brown the top of food. A hinged element can usually be lowered so the oven roof is easier to clean. When it fails, the grill stays cold, food won't brown, or the oven trips the safety switch the moment the grill function is selected. Look for a break in the element, blistering, or a spot that glowed brighter than the rest before it went out.
