Part 5612311448 is the genuine M4 x 44mm handle bolt with a T20 Torx head, used on a long list of Westinghouse ovens and listed for Electrolux too. Fixing a loose Westinghouse oven door handle
Bolts like this one fix the handle to the oven door. Every time the door is pulled open, they take the load, so over the years they can work loose, strip their thread or snap, especially when the handle is leaned on. A handle that moves, clicks, sits crooked or has come away at one end is the usual sign. Using the correct bolt rather than forcing in whatever screw is in the drawer protects the thread and keeps the handle tight. A long bolt of the wrong size can also foul parts inside the door.

Tightening up the handle
Make sure the oven is off and cool, and use a proper T20 Torx bit so the head doesn't round out. Open the door and find where the old bolt sits before you start, as access varies between models. Hold the handle in position while you start the thread by hand, then snug it up without over-tightening, which can strip the thread in the handle.
