DishDrawer not filling with water or overfilling?
The inlet valve is an electrically operated tap. When the controller calls for water, its coil opens the valve and lets mains water through to the drawer, then it closes once enough has gone in. A burnt out coil leaves the drawer empty, usually with a fault beep or code and a wash that never starts. A valve that sticks open or seals poorly can keep filling, which leads to overflowing, water on the floor or a flood fault. Low tap pressure, a kinked hose or a blocked screen at the hose connection cause similar symptoms and are worth ruling out first.

Replacing the inlet valve
Turn the water off at the tap, switch off at the wall and unplug the DishDrawer. You'll usually need to slide the unit out of its cavity to reach the valve, and some water will drain from the hose as you disconnect it. Photograph the wiring, transfer the connections, refit the hose with a good seal and turn the tap back on slowly, watching for leaks before running a rinse.
