Broken cup rack in your DishDrawer?
The fold down cup racks give you a second level in the drawer for cups, small glasses and utensils, and fold up out of the way when you need room for tall items. Their hinge clips and fingers can snap when the rack is forced or knocked, leaving it hanging loose or dropping into the load below. A loose rack can block the spray arm or chip whatever is underneath. A rack that no longer stays up when folded is another sign it is time to swap it.

Fitting the cup rack
Turn the dishwasher off and open the drawer. Check the old rack is the front left one, then unclip it from its mounting point on the basket. Line up the new rack in the same spot and press it on until it is secure, then fold it up and down a few times to make sure it moves freely and stays in position.
