Fitting the lint filter

Switch the washer off at the wall first. Unclip the old filter, noting which way up it sits, and clear away any lint built up behind it. Clip the new filter in until it locks firmly, then give it a gentle tug to make sure it won't lift out during agitation. Rinse it under the tap regularly to keep water flowing through it.
