DishDrawer dead or showing faults? The controller board may be the cause
The controller board is the electronic brain of a DishDrawer. It reads the buttons and sensors, runs the wash program and drives the motor and other loads as each stage comes up. A failing board can show up in several ways, from a drawer with no lights or response, to programs stopping partway, the lid not lowering, or fault codes that keep returning after the obvious causes have been ruled out. Water getting into the electronics or a power surge can take a board out. Confirm the fault with a fault code check or a technician before ordering a board.
