Blanco wok burner clicking but not lighting?

When the ignition is working, a sharp spark jumps from the tip of the spark plug to the burner and lights the gas within a second or two. A cracked ceramic insulator lets the spark leak away to the cooktop body instead, so you may hear clicking without a visible spark at the tip, or see it jumping to the wrong spot. Grease, spills and burnt-on food can do the same thing. Replacing the wok spark plug

Turn off the gas supply to the cooktop and switch off the ignition power at the wall. Lift off the burner parts and remove the cooktop surface to reach the electrode and its lead. Note how the lead is routed, fit the new spark plug in the same position and keep the lead away from hot or sharp edges. Gas appliance work should be done by a licensed gas fitter.
