LG part 4861EN3004A is a 315mm wire clamp assembly that holds the door seal in place. It is listed for a long run of models, among them the WD-1433RD and WD-1480RD, the WD14700RD and WD14800RD, and the WD12020D and WD-8016F.
Why the door seal clamp matters on an LG front loader
A door seal is only as good as the clamp holding it. This wire ring sits in a groove around the seal and is drawn tight by its spring or tensioner, pressing the rubber firmly onto the mounting lip. A loose, rusted or broken clamp lets the seal creep off, and the result is water escaping from the front of the machine, often during the fill or the start of the spin. The clamp also has to come off whenever a seal is replaced, and a stretched one is worth renewing at the same time.

Fitting the clamp ring
Unplug the washer before starting. Work one end of the new clamp into the groove around the seal, then ease it around a little at a time, keeping it seated as you go. A second pair of hands or a flat blade to guide it makes the job easier. Make sure the spring ends up where it won't touch the drum or door, then run a rinse and check the front of the machine for leaks.
