Fitting the door gasket

Turn the dishwasher off at the wall. Pull the old gasket out of its channel and clean the groove thoroughly, getting rid of grease and detergent build up. Press the new gasket into the channel evenly, without stretching it, working your way around from one end. Close the door to help it settle, then run a rinse cycle and check for leaks.
