It's listed for the AD3, AD5, ED5, DE3, DE4 and DE5. The jockey pulley keeps the drive belt tight, and a fresh pulley on a new pin restores that tension and quiets the dryer down.
What the jockey pulley does in an F&P dryer
The drive belt wraps around the drum and the motor pulley, and the jockey pulley, sometimes called the idler, presses against the belt to keep it tight. It spins fast every time the dryer runs, so its bore and the pin it rides on gradually wear. A worn pulley squeals, chirps or rumbles, wobbles on its pin and lets the belt slip. Left too long, it can flat spot or seize, chewing up the belt or stopping the drum altogether while the motor keeps humming.

Changing the jockey pulley
Unplug the dryer before opening it up. With the cabinet open, note how the belt runs around the motor pulley and jockey before you take the tension off. Remove the old pulley and pin, fit the new ones and route the belt exactly as it was. Check the belt for cracks or fraying while you're there. Turn the drum by hand before powering up.

If the belt is cracked, glazed, stretched or frayed, yes. A worn belt can keep slipping even with a new pulley. If it looks and feels sound, it can go back on.
