Dispensers are used in washing machines for detergent and softener, in dishwashers for detergent and rinse aid, and in fridges for water and ice. The safest way to order this genuine part is to match 4056011259 with the number on your old dispenser, or send us the model and product number from the rating label.

Matching a replacement dispenser

Whatever the appliance, a dispenser holds or delivers something at the right time, whether that is detergent, rinse aid or water. Common faults include a cracked housing that leaks, a lid or flap that no longer opens or latches, and a mechanism that sticks so the product stays put. Because dispensers differ so much between appliances, compare the shape, mounting points and connections of your old part carefully. Most parts carry a number on a label or moulded into the plastic, and that number is the best way to confirm you have the right one.

Part details

Genuine Electrolux part 4056011259

Dispenser

Appliance and models not on file

Match the number on the old dispenser before ordering

Before fitting

Switch the appliance off at the wall and turn off the water supply if the dispenser connects to it.
