We have it listed with Electrolux group dishwasher parts, although the Electrolux description only reads 'assembly, control panel'. The control panel is the strip that carries the buttons and display, so a cracked or worn panel is often the first thing people notice. With no model list on file, please match 4055993424 to your old panel or ask us to check.

Signs the dishwasher control panel needs replacing

On most dishwashers the control panel runs along the top of the door. It's what you touch every time you pick a program, so the button membranes, labels and trim take a lot of wear. Heat and steam from the tub can also cause the panel to warp or discolour. Replace it when buttons have split or stopped clicking, the printing has worn off, the panel has cracked or a section has broken away from the door. If buttons don't respond but the panel looks fine, the fault may be on the electronic board behind it instead.

Part details

Genuine Electrolux part 4055993424

Control panel assembly

Filed with Electrolux group dishwasher parts

Contents and model fit not stated, ask us to confirm

Fitting the control panel

Switch the dishwasher off at the wall and open the door to reach the panel screws, which are usually along the inside top edge. Support the panel as it comes free so the ribbon cables and plugs aren't strained. Take photos of every connection before unplugging.
