It is the panel that carries a sliding control on the appliance. Electrolux hasn't given us the appliance type or a model list for it, which means fit has to be confirmed by number. Look for 4055957601 on the old panel, or send the model and PNC from your appliance's rating plate through the parts enquiry form and we'll check it for you.

Signs a slide switch panel has had its day

Slide controls get a lot of use, and the panel around them is usually the first thing to show it. Typical faults are a cracked or warped panel, broken clips that let it sit loose, worn markings, or a slider that catches and won't travel smoothly from end to end. The switch circuit board and the knobs are listed as separate parts, so work out whether the panel itself is damaged or the fault sits in the switch board behind it before you order.

Part details

Genuine Electrolux group part number 4055957601

Slide switch panel only

Switch PCB and knobs are separate parts

Appliance and models not on file, confirm fit by part number

Changing the switch panel

Unplug the appliance or switch it off at the isolator before taking anything apart.
