Electrolux uses the number across its group of appliance brands, and there's no model list on file for it yet. That makes the part number your best guide. If 4055950028 appears in the parts breakdown for your appliance, or is moulded into the old slide, this is the right replacement.

When a dispenser slide needs replacing

A dispenser slide is the moving part that lets a dispenser open, close or travel in and out of its housing. It gets handled often, so over time locating tabs can snap, guides wear and the slide itself may crack. Signs it's time for a new one include a dispenser that sticks or jams, won't stay shut, sits crooked in its housing, or has a piece broken off. A worn slide can also let product spill where it shouldn't. Clean out any built-up residue first, as that alone can make a good slide feel stiff.

Part details

Genuine Electrolux part 4055950028

Dispenser slide, the moving section of the dispenser

Electrolux group spare, no model list on file

Compare the shape and locating tabs with your old slide

Fitting the dispenser slide

Switch the appliance off at the wall before you start.
