It's a small component used in Electrolux group appliances, and like most minor fixings it's easiest to identify by part number. If 4055936100 appears on the parts list for your appliance, this is the matching factory part. If you're working from the old part alone, send us your model details first.

Matching an Electrolux aluminium tie by part number

Ties hold parts in place, keep components together or secure them to a frame. Aluminium doesn't rust, which suits spots where moisture or heat would be a problem for steel. Small fixings like this often get bent, lost or thrown out during a repair, and leaving one out can let a part sit loose, rattle or move out of position. Because the exact use of 4055936100 depends on the appliance, the safest way to order is to confirm the number on your appliance's parts list first.

Part details

Genuine Electrolux part number 4055936100

Aluminium

For Electrolux group appliances

Material

Aluminium

Before you order or fit it

Switch the appliance off at the wall, and isolate gas or water too if they're connected near where you're working.
