Rangehood not clearing smoke and steam

The metal filter traps grease from cooking fumes before they reach the fan and ducting. Fitting the grease filter

Switch the rangehood off and let it cool if you've been cooking. Release the catch on the old filter, support it as it drops down and lift it out. If you're unsure of the size, measure it against 325 x 189.5mm. Locate the new filter in the same position, push it up until the catch clicks and check it sits flush.
