Oven door sagging or not closing properly
The hinges carry the full weight of the door and hold it tight against the seal. Inside each one, a spring and arm assembly balances the door so it opens smoothly and stays shut. Replacing oven door hinges
Turn the oven off and let it cool. On most ovens like this the door lifts off once the hinge locking levers are flipped over with the door partly open. The door is heavy and awkward, so have someone help. Fit the new hinge arm, rehang the door and check it closes square against the seal before you use the oven again.
