Make sure the oven is cold and switched off. Take a photo of how the old seal sits, especially where its ends meet, then pull it away from the oven frame. Clean off any grease and residue around the mounting area. Start the new seal at the same point as the old one and work around, pressing each fixing in firmly. Run the oven at a moderate heat for a while to let it settle.
