Fold down rack section won't lock or flops over?

Many dishwasher racks have a row of tines that folds flat to make room for pots and large platters. The folding mechanism is the clip that holds that row upright and releases it when you want it flat. Over time the plastic latch wears or snaps, especially if the row is pushed down without releasing it first. Then the tines flop over during the wash, plates fall against each other, or the row won't stay in either position. Changing the clip brings back a firm lock.

Replacing the left clip
