The inlet valve is where the water hoses connect. Fitting the grommet
Turn off the taps, unplug the washer and disconnect the inlet hoses. Remove the valve from its mounting, ease out the old grommet and press the new one into place, checking it sits evenly all the way round. Refit the valve, reconnect the hoses, turn the taps on and check for drips before running a cycle.
