4055577300 is a genuine condenser fan motor and shroud assembly, supplied with the blue wire connector clamp. It suits a long list of Westinghouse and Electrolux fridges, including the Westinghouse WSE6070, WSE6100, WSE6970 and WSE7000 ranges and Electrolux ERE and ESE models, along with SSM6100 and KSM6100 models. It replaces 1460307K, 1460307, 1449191 and 242031606.
Westinghouse fridge warm and running hot at the back
The condenser fan lives in the compressor compartment at the back of the fridge. It pulls air across the condenser so the heat taken out of the cabinet can escape. When the fan stops, that heat builds up, the compressor runs longer and hotter, and both compartments slowly lose their cold. Signs include warm food, a compressor that never seems to switch off, a hot back panel, or a ticking or grinding noise from the motor. Check the blade isn't jammed by dust or debris before replacing the motor.

Fitting the condenser fan assembly
Unplug the fridge and pull it out so you can reach the lower back cover. Vacuum the dust out of the compartment before you start. Photograph the wiring, disconnect the old fan and unscrew the shroud. Fit the new assembly in the same position, join the wires using the supplied clamp and make sure the blade spins freely before plugging the fridge back in.
