The GBC5005, GBC5035, GBC5045, GBC5246, GBC5266, GBC5276 and GBC5486 families are all included, in both NG and LP versions. It's also known as 354004501 and 0004008397.
Uneven flame on the small burner?
The burner crown is the slotted ring that sits on the burner base and spreads gas into an even circle of small flames. Its ports and the gap to the cap need to stay clean and true for a steady blue flame. Crowns can warp from heat, corrode, or get blocked with boil-overs and cleaning residue. Signs include flames lifting or missing on one side, yellow or lazy flames, slow heating, or a burner that's slow to light even though it sparks. A crown that doesn't sit flat can also let the flame burn underneath.

Swapping the burner crown
Turn the burner off and wait for it to cool. Lift off the cap and the old crown, then wipe the burner base and make sure the ignition electrode is clean and undamaged. Seat the new crown so it lines up with any locating lugs and sits perfectly flat, refit the cap and light the burner to check for an even blue flame. If the flame still misbehaves, have a licensed gas fitter inspect it.
