4055550042 Genuine Enamelled Grill Dish 465 x 370mm, Grill Pan for Electrolux Group Ovens and Grills

4055550042 is a genuine Electrolux grill dish with an enamel finish, measuring 465 x 370mm. It's the pan that catches fat and juices under food when you grill. The enamel coating is easy to wipe clean and handles grill heat. Size is everything with a grill dish, so measure your old one, or the gap between the runners it slides into, before ordering 4055550042.

Why replace a worn grill dish

A grill dish sits under the food on a grill or in the oven to catch dripping fat, which keeps it off the element and the oven floor. Once the enamel chips or crazes, the steel underneath can rust and food sticks badly. Dishes also warp after years of high heat, so they rock on the runners or don't slide in square. A missing or wrong sized dish lets fat drip where it shouldn't, which means more smoke, more cleaning and a greater risk of flare-ups.

Using your new grill dish

Before ordering, measure your old dish or the space between the runners so you know 465 x 370mm suits. Wash the new dish in warm soapy water before first use. When grilling, use the runner position your manual recommends and empty the fat once it has cooled. Skip abrasive scourers, which can scratch the enamel.
