It is the deep tray that sits under the grill to catch fat and juices. Models on file include the Westinghouse WVE614SC and WVE625SC, the WVE665SC, the WVEP617SC and WVEP6716SD, the Electrolux EVEP614DSE and the Chef CVEP614DB.

Replacing a chipped or warped oven grill dish

The grill dish collects drips, fat and crumbs when you grill, keeping them off the oven floor and away from the element. The enamel coating handles heat and makes cleaning easier, but over years of use it can chip, rust through, stain beyond cleaning or warp so the dish rocks on its runners. A damaged dish is harder to clean and can smoke during grilling. Plenty of people also order one after the original goes missing in a move.

Part details

Genuine grill dish part 4055549796

Short number A12492001

Enamelled finish

Listed for Westinghouse WVE and WVEP, Electrolux EVEP and Chef CVEP models

Finish

Enamelled

Using the new grill dish

Wash the new dish in warm soapy water before first use.
