It is on file for the Electrolux EHG range, from the EHG635BE and EHG645SE to the EHG755SE, the EHG953BE and the EHG955SE.
Gas burner won't stay alight? The thermocouple may be faulty
The tip of the thermocouple sits in the burner flame and produces a tiny voltage when hot, which holds the gas valve open. If the flame goes out, the voltage drops and the valve shuts off the gas, so unburnt gas cannot keep flowing. When the thermocouple weakens, the burner lights while you hold the knob in but goes out as soon as you let go, or it drops out a few minutes later. A bent tip that no longer sits in the flame causes the same problem.

Fitting by a licensed gas fitter
Thermocouples form part of the gas safety system, so in Australia they must be replaced by a licensed gas fitter. Turn off the gas and isolate power to the appliance before any work. The fitter will route the new lead clear of hot surfaces and sharp edges, tighten it into the valve and confirm the burner stays alight after the knob is released.
