Part 4055352787 is the genuine lower drawer fascia for the Westinghouse WFM1810WC upright freezer. The older Westinghouse number for the same piece is 1118669, which may be the one shown in your manual or moulded on the back of the old front. The fascia is the front panel of the bottom freezer drawer, the part you grip to pull it out. The top drawer fascia is a separate part.
Replacing a cracked Westinghouse freezer drawer front
Freezer drawers take plenty of knocks. Plastic gets brittle in the cold, so a fascia that is yanked, kicked or hit with a frozen item can crack or snap at its clips. Once the front is broken the drawer is awkward to open and may not sit square, which can stop the freezer door closing properly and let warm air in. That leads to frost build up and food in the bottom drawer softening. Fitting a new lower fascia restores a firm grip and a neat front.

Swapping the drawer front
Turn the freezer off at the wall if the door will be open for a while, and move frozen food into an esky. Lift the bottom drawer out and see how the fascia joins the basket, usually with clips or small screws. Release the old front, line up the new one and press or screw it home evenly. Slide the drawer back in and check the door shuts without catching.
