It carries the reference SB and is the fixing hardware used to secure the oven in its cavity, rather than a part that goes inside the oven. Electrolux builds ovens for several brands, so check that 4055218657 is the kit named in your installation guide or parts list before ordering.

What a built-in oven mounting kit does

A built-in oven sits inside a cabinet cavity and has to be fixed so it can't tip forward or slide out when the heavy door is lowered. The mounting kit supplies the hardware for that job. People usually need one after moving an oven to a new kitchen, replacing cabinetry, or finding the original fixings went missing during a renovation. An oven that rocks or shifts as the door drops is a sign it isn't secured properly. The exact pieces in the 4055218657 kit aren't on file, so compare it with your installation instructions.

Part details

Genuine Electrolux part 4055218657

Mounting kit for a built-in oven installation

Carries the reference SB

Model fit not on file, check your installation guide or parts list

Securing a built-in oven

Turn the oven off at the isolating switch or circuit breaker before sliding it out of the cabinet.
