Changing the oven lamp
Turn the oven off at the isolator and wait until it's completely cold. Remove the racks and lay a tea towel on the oven floor in case the glass drops. Handle the halogen globe with a clean cloth or gloves, as skin oil on the glass shortens its life. If wiring has to be disconnected behind the lamp, leave the job to a licensed electrician.

Can I just replace the globe?
