Ariston oven grill not heating properly

Isolate the oven at the switchboard before starting. Remove the shelves and any side racks, then undo the element fixings at the back of the cavity. On many built-in ovens the terminals are reached from behind, so the oven may need to come out of the cabinet. Photograph all the connections before removing them. Hard-wired ovens should be reconnected by a licensed electrician.
