Oven door hinges hold the door at the right angle and use spring tension to close it firmly against the seal. Hanging the door on new hinges
Switch the oven off at the wall and allow it to cool. Open the door, flip the hinge clips over to lock the hinges, then close the door partly and lift it free. Undo the hinge screws, fit the new pair in the same position, then hook the door back on, release the clips and make sure it shuts square and stays closed.
