Technika rangehood fan won't turn on or off
The control switch is the part you press to run the rangehood, sending power to the fan motor at the setting you pick. Grease, steam and heat from the cooktop get into the switch contacts over time, and buttons start to stick, crackle or stop responding. Common faults are a fan that won't start, a fan stuck on one speed or one that won't switch off, and controls that only work if you press hard or jiggle them. Changing the rangehood switch
