Product details
20004575 is a genuine Bosch boot gasket for front load washing machines, also referenced as 20000271. It's on file for the WGA254U0AU/01 and the WGA254X00W in its /01, /02 and /03 versions. Choose this seal if your old one has split, perished or grown mould that cleaning won't shift.
Bosch washing machine leaking from the door
This rubber gasket forms the watertight join between the front panel opening and the tub, pressing against the door glass when the door is shut. Small items left in pockets, along with years of detergent and heat, eventually wear holes in the folds. Common signs are puddles in front of the machine, drips running down the front panel during spin, wet patches under the door and a sour smell that returns no matter how often you run a clean cycle.

Fitting tips for the new gasket
Isolate the power at the wall before starting. Prise off the front clamp ring with a flat screwdriver, then loosen the rear band holding the seal to the tub. Line up the new gasket using the marks moulded into it, seat the tub lip all round before fitting the band, and do a quick test wash afterwards to spot any leaks.
