Bosch WNA254U1AU owners can use 20000062, the genuine door seal or boot gasket, to replace one that's torn, mouldy or leaking. It's on file for the /01, /02 and /03 versions of that model. The boot gasket is the rubber collar between the drum opening and the door, and it's one of the parts that wears most on a front loader.
Signs a front loader door seal needs replacing
The boot gasket seals the gap between the door glass and the tub so water stays in during the wash. Over time the rubber can be torn by zips, underwire and coins, and black mould sets into folds that never fully dry. You might see water dripping from the bottom of the door, a wet floor after a wash, a smell from the drum area, or a split you can feel when you run a hand around the fold. Small tears grow quickly once the drum starts spinning.

Changing a Bosch door seal
Unplug the washer before you start. Remove the outer clamp ring on the door side, peel the old seal out of the front panel, then release the inner clamp that holds it on the tub. Note the position mark on the seal so the drain holes end up at the bottom. Fit the inner lip first, then the outer, and finish with a test wash to check for drips.

How do I stop the new seal going mouldy?
Wipe the fold dry after the last wash of the day and leave the door ajar so air can circulate. Run a hot maintenance wash every month or so, and don't leave wet clothes sitting in the drum.
