Levelling a wobbly fridge with an adjustable roller

An adjustable roller does two jobs. The wheel lets you roll the fridge out to clean behind it, and the height adjustment lets you level the cabinet so the doors line up and swing closed on their own. When a roller cracks, seizes or loses its adjustment, the fridge can tilt, the doors may sit unevenly or drift open, and the seals may not close properly. Fitting the roller

Empty the door shelves, switch the fridge off at the wall and get a helper before tipping the cabinet. Tilt it back only as far as needed and support it on a block. Remove the old roller and fit the new one in the same position, then lower the fridge and adjust the height until it's level side to side and leans slightly back so the doors close by themselves.
