Euro or Artusi fan oven not heating? Test the fan element
In fan forced mode the fan draws air across this element and pushes it back into the cavity, giving even heat on every shelf. When the element burns out or shorts, the fan still spins but the oven stays cool or warms very slowly. Other signs are a fan forced setting that won't reach temperature while other functions still heat, a visible break or blister on the element, or the safety switch tripping as soon as fan forced is selected. A continuity test with a multimeter confirms a failed element.

Replacing the fan element
Turn the oven off at the isolating switch or switchboard. Hard-wired ovens should be handled by a licensed electrician. Take out the racks and the rear fan cover, photograph the terminal connections, then undo the element screws and ease the terminals through. Fit the new element, reconnect each wire exactly as before, refit the cover and test the fan forced setting.
